A New Day

It is a New Day at Tempted!!

It has been a long time in the coming and a long road to get here.  I have dreamed of a real working website with all the additions that I really wanted for a year now and look here it is.  There will probably some more additions before it is over but for now this is just AMAZING!  Finally found someone I could trust with my baby, not like just anyone would understand the importance of sheep hair. I 'met' Kate through a mutual friend (Darthknitter) and once I had taken a look at some of her work I was hooked.  She and her husband make up Angelo Studios.  It's not that she is just a photographer and web designer but she is a knitter and that means she understands the obsession.  I finally felt comfortable with leaving my baby in her capable hands.  She didn't let me down!

Take a look around and let me know what you think.

I know it has been a while since I updated things so hopefully I will be posting a lot at least for a while just to get caught up.  Lets start with the puppies.  They are growing fast and are always chewing on something they shouldn't be.  In fact they have now figured out that I get very angry if they chew on yarn, fiber or the spinning wheel.  There is a reason God made puppies so cute, it's so you don't kill them before they begin behaving themselves and aren't they cute.

I did finish my Bono Kimono and I am very happy with how it has turned out.  I did run out of yarn at the very end but luckily I know the dyer.  I took about 5 tries to get it just right but you can't tell where I started the new yarn.  I got the wear it out last Saturday night the the Hot Loops party (next post) and got a lot of compliments.

This is a great first big project easy but not completely mindless.  If any of you decide to make it I would love to hear you opinions.

Don't forget to look around the new site and let me know what you think of it.

Thanks for hanging in there with me. xoxo Stacy

I love your Bono Kimono! The color you picked is currently one of my favorite colors. Maybe I'll muster but the guts to try it :)
